USER INTERFACE |
Both users and administrators and users of ArmourPlate are provided with
easy access via their existing web browser to their own secure Web
page; there is no additional software required. Access security
is assured through the use of HTTPS and password authentication.
Once logged in, users can see at a glance how many spams and viruses
ArmourPlate has stopped reaching their Inbox.Users can also
access their own EMail Archive if they need to search for any emails
that they no longer retain in their own email Inbox.
In addition, individual users can manage their own Whitelist and
Blacklist should they wish. Administrators can create and manage company-wide
white and Blacklists.
Summary virus reports
can also be generated, categorising by sender, recipient, or virus
type. Reports can either be displayed as an HTML Web page or exported
for use as a spreadsheet.
Domain administrators can also use the same secure Web Interface to
generate information from the scanner log. Messages processed can be listed,
showing sender, recipient, subject and scan results.
