as they pass through the ArmourPlate mail servers and are sent directly to ArmourPlate’s
secure archiving facility. ArmourPlate archives every mail that passes through
the mail servers ensuring full regulatory compliance.

Operating on high performance servers, ArmourPlate Anti
Virus service filters email using software from Sophos, Kaspersky and CyberSoft to ensure maximum protection.
In addition, emails are passed through the ArmourPlate proprietary,
heuristics-based technology, 'Robot 5'. ArmourPlate automatically
checks for new virus definitions at ten-minute intervals, 24
x 7 x 365. In addition, heuristics-based analysis searches
for telltale signs of viruses that are as yet undetected.
This means your email is scanned for suspected new viruses rather
than being solely reliant on identified virus definitions.
