An Israeli couple have
been jailed and given $426,000 fines after pleading guilty to developing
and marketing a Trojan. This was then used to spy on competitors.

competitors. They then developed and sold Trojans to other companies in
Isreal.

computer virus insertion, covert wiretapping, invasion of privacy and
fraud. Michael Haephrati pleaded guilty to having been an accomplice to
those crimes.

indictment, the Haephratis were accused of developing the Trojan Horse,
which was capable of revealing many details of the contents of others'
