The ArmourPlate Web Interface features two separate virus Quarantine mailboxes for each user, Definite Viruses and Possible Viruses. All emails which definitely contain a virus will go straight to the Definite Virus box.

The very few emails which are 'borderline' will go to the Possible Viruses box. Every day you are emailed a report summarising how many emails were stopped and held for you in Quarantine in the previous 24 hour period.

In addition, ArmourPlate retains quarantined emails for 30 days before deleting them. During that time you can view, forward, recover or delete any email that is held in Quarantine and a quarantined email can be sent to the intended recipient on their written authority with regard to the virus risk.

Users can access many useful features through the Web Interface, and administrators have the ability to evaluate your company's email traffic as a whole.

ArmourPlate can generate weekly reports and analysis of your email activity. The detailed reports show the volumes of incoming and outgoing emails for each individual user as well for the whole organisation, giving a complete analysis of all spam email activity.
