ARMOURPLATE
ANTI SPAM - USER INTERFACE |
|
ArmourPlate has a secure Web Interface to give you complete
control over your emails. The ArmourPlate Web Interface features two separate
spam Quarantine
mailboxes for each user,
Definite Spam and Possible Spam. All emails which are definitely
spam will go straight to the Definite Spam box.
Whilst the ArmourPlate system will stop almost all spam automatically
before it reaches your network, very occasionally, some legitimate
emails may have characteristics similar to spam.
The very few emails which
are 'borderline' will go to the Possible Spam box. Every day
you are emailed a report summarising how many emails were stopped and held
for you in Quarantine in the previous 24 hour period.
In addition, ArmourPlate retains quarantined emails for 30 days before deleting them.
During that time you can view, forward, recover or delete any email
that is held in Quarantine.
Users can access many useful features through the Web Interface,
and administrators have the ability to evaluate your company's email
traffic as a whole.
The Web Interface also features a 'White List' and a 'Black List' for
each individual user. Unwanted email addresses can be blocked by
adding them to the Black List, whilst other email addresses can
be added to your White List.
ArmourPlate can generate weekly reports and analysis of your email
activity. The detailed reports show the volumes of incoming and
outgoing emails for each individual user as well for the whole organisation,
giving a complete analysis of all spam email activity.
